• Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their orders without any penalty before the products are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly at info@empeglobal.com.
• After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, customers may initiate a return as outlined in the Return Policy below.

2. Return Policy

• Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
  • Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

3. Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
